Who’s behind OnCallStaff

OnCallStaff is a small, hands-on effort to solve a problem we kept hearing about directly from Calgary daycare operators: last-minute staffing gaps are stressful, expensive, and hard to solve with a normal hiring process.

We’re not a big staffing agency and we’re not pretending to be. Right now, OnCallStaff is a small team, a roster, and a short contract between the daycare and the on-call educator.
